Zach Alpern
Managing Director
Zach started as an Application Analyst at a large health system fifteen years ago, building workflows, supporting end users, and helping stand up a Community Connect program from the ground up. He saw firsthand what happens when IT sits close to care delivery: things work.
He moved into consulting, joined an ex-Epic firm that was later acquired by Accenture, and became a leader in Accenture's healthcare practice. From that vantage point, he saw how much difference the right IT people make: the analysts, builders, project leaders, and consultants who can translate operational complexity into work that actually holds.
Bloomforce was built for that work. A firm focused entirely on healthcare IT talent, with no bench to fill and no generic staffing motion. Just the right people, placed by a team that's been there.
