Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bloomforce, LLC ("Bloomforce," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information across our websites, market-intelligence products, recruiting services, and related communications.
Your information stays private.
We do not disclose information that identifies you to a client, prospective employer, data buyer, or other outside party for that party's own use without your prior authorization. Limited processing by service providers working on our behalf, legally required disclosures, and aggregated or deidentified data are addressed below.
Scope
This policy applies to bloomforce.com, www.bloomforce.com, report.bloomforce.com, and Bloomforce landing pages, forms, surveys, report-access workflows, and online services that link to this policy (collectively, the "Sites").
Our Sites may link to services operated by others, including recruiting, scheduling, survey, and social-media platforms. Information you provide directly on a third-party service is also governed by that provider's privacy policy.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and professional information, such as your name, email address, phone number, employer, job title, professional profile, location, and the content of your request.
- Recruiting and candidate information, such as your resume, employment history, education, certifications, skills, work preferences, availability, compensation expectations, and information you provide while applying for or discussing opportunities.
- Survey and market-intelligence information, such as compensation, role and career level, application specialty, credentials, employer type, region, work model, workforce opinions, and other responses you choose to contribute.
- Report and account-access information, such as work-email verification, access requests, access tier, verification status, and session or entitlement records.
- Communications and marketing preferences, including newsletter subscriptions, meeting requests, email engagement, and opt-out choices.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring and destination URLs, timestamps, approximate location, campaign parameters, interactions, and performance or diagnostic data.
We may also receive professional, company, recruiting, and market information from public sources, clients, referrals, data providers, recruiting platforms, public job postings, public salary records, and other business partners.
Salary Surveys and Market Intelligence
Bloomforce uses survey contributions and other market data to produce salary benchmarks, hiring-demand signals, workforce trends, and related insights. Sources may include voluntary survey responses, contributed compensation data, public job postings, public salary records, and licensed or partner-provided market data.
When a report-access workflow requires your identity or work email, we separate those contact fields from the compensation observation used in benchmark analysis. Public benchmark outputs are designed to be aggregated or deidentified and not to identify an individual contributor or a specific employer. We use publication thresholds, quality review, and outlier controls before eligible observations affect a published number.
We do not disclose a contributor's identity or an identifiable survey response to a client, prospective employer, or other outside party for that party's own use without the contributor's prior authorization.
We may retain aggregated or deidentified benchmark information indefinitely so that historical baselines remain useful. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, protected health information, or other information that a form does not specifically request.
Independent Market Reporting and Trademarks
Bloomforce publications, including Talent Pulse and related market intelligence, report our independent observations of the healthcare IT talent market. They are drawn from public job postings, public records, and voluntary contributions, and they reflect what we observe in the market rather than statements, data, or positions of any software vendor.
Our reporting references third-party products and product names, including Epic and Epic application names such as Willow, Beaker, and Cadence, solely to identify the skills, roles, and markets we describe. Epic is a trademark of Epic Systems Corporation. Other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Bloomforce is an independent company. Our publications and benchmarks are not sponsored, endorsed, or reviewed by Epic Systems Corporation or any other software vendor referenced in them, and they reflect our independent observations of the market rather than any vendor's data or positions.

Cookies, Analytics, and Visitor Identification
We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, scripts, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember preferences and access status, measure traffic and performance, understand campaign attribution, and identify business interest in Bloomforce services.
- Analytics and performance-monitoring tools may help us understand aggregated page usage, referral information, device characteristics, and real-world site performance.
- Business visitor-identification tools may use first-party cookies, network information, and online identifiers to recognize visitors or associate a visit with person-level or company-level professional information. Information used may include IP address, user agent, hashed identifiers, current and referring page URLs, session activity, and visit timestamps.
- CRM and form-attribution tools may use cookies or identifiers to associate a request with its source, page context, and campaign information and to help us respond appropriately.
You can restrict cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect some site features. You can also email us to request that we stop using your information for Bloomforce marketing or visitor-identification outreach.
How We Disclose Information
Bloomforce does not provide your resume, identifiable survey response, or other personally identifiable information to a client, prospective employer, data buyer, or other outside party for that party's own use unless you authorize us to do so first.
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers that support hosting, databases, analytics, site performance, visitor identification, CRM, email delivery, newsletters, surveys, scheduling, recruiting, security, and other business operations. These providers process information on our behalf and are not authorized by Bloomforce to use it for their own independent purposes.
- Clients and prospective employers in connection with recruiting or search services and with appropriate authorization.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A buyer, successor, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We may use service providers for functions such as website hosting, database storage, analytics, performance monitoring, visitor identification, CRM and form processing, email and newsletter delivery, surveys, scheduling, recruiting, security, and other business operations. The providers and tools we use may change as our systems evolve.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics, visitor-identification, or marketing activity may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may request to opt out as described below.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and recruiting records, administering access to EHR Talent Pulse and related insights, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, accounting, or security obligations. Retention varies based on the type of information, our relationship with you, and applicable requirements.
Verification challenges and temporary access records may have shorter operational lifetimes. Candidate and client records may be kept to support ongoing recruiting relationships. Aggregated or deidentified research and benchmark data may be retained indefinitely.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the link in the message. You may also contact us to update your communication preferences.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; restrict or object to certain processing; or appeal a decision about a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To submit a request, email hello@bloomforce.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information needed to honor an opt-out or suppression request. Authorized agents may make a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.
Security and International Processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Bloomforce is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your location.
Children's Privacy
The Sites and our services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated in another appropriate way.
